The Halloween celebration at St. Xavier's High School was a delightful and spooky event that brought joy and excitement to our young learners. The event aimed to provide a fun and safe environment for the kindergarten students to enjoy the Halloween spirit. Each child came dressed as their favorite Halloween character – from friendly witches to adorable pumpkins. The children had engaged in various Halloween-themed craft activities. Their handmade decorations adorned the classrooms, making the school feel like a Halloween wonderland. It was a day filled with laughter, imagination, and unforgettable memories.

Dussehra festival commemorates the victory of good over evil, righteousness over injustice. It is the time for celebrations and new beginnings.
Keeping the festival spirit alive, the pre-primary students celebrated Dussehra with great fervor and devotion.

 The significance of the festival was explained to the little learners through story time with props in Pre-nursery and Nursery followed by craft activities. Kindergarten students enjoyed story session on Ramayana with stick puppets made by them in the class.

Dussehra: Showcasing the impact of righteousness and illustrating the victory of good over evil

 On October 20, 2023, the little Xaverians of Nursery-D  enthusiastically led a special assembly  on the topic Dussehra.

The assembly started with the prayer followed by the students presenting  the thought on the festival Dussehra.
The Ramleela presented by the children was the highlight of the performance. Children came dressed as various characters from the Ramayana and skillfully carried out their roles, mesmerising and enthralling the audience.
  The celebration ended with a dance performance which grabbed the attention of everyone and leaving everybody in the festive mode. The assembly encouraged the students to imbibe the teachings of Lord Rama in their day to day life.

The Annual day celebration at St. Xavier’s High School, sector 49 is a much-awaited event that unites a grand spectacle of talent and creativity. Students of Grade I presented ‘The Adventures of Pinocchio- A Transformation Tale of a Puppet from a Rebel to a Superhero’ on Friday, October 13, 2023 in the School Atrium. The event commenced by seeking blessings from the Almighty by our Guest of Honour, Reverend Ben Toshi followed by the traditional lamp lighting ceremony by our honourable Chief Guest for the evening Ms Sapna Sukul, Special Guest Mr Keshav Sachdeva, Respected Director-Principal Mr John Rafi and Middle Wing Headmistress Ms Geeta Kanwar. A unique charm and exuberance prevailed on the stage as the programme began with the melodious prayer song. The event showcased a magical journey into the world of enchantment with brilliant performances through song and dances. The outstanding performance of the narrators and the scintillating dances enthralled the audience. Ms Sapna Sukul immensely appreciated the efforts of the teachers and all the amazing performances of the students. The Director Principal addressed the gathering expressing joy and gratitude to the entire fraternity and appreciated the parents for their constant support and encouragement. The gracious evening culminated with the school song and National Anthem. The cheers, the laughter, and the applause created memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

A Special Assembly for Certificate Distribution is a momentous occasion in the life of any educational institution. It represents the culmination of hard work, dedication, and perseverance of students who have excelled in various fields, and it's a celebration of their achievements. Such an assembly not only recognizes and honors the efforts of students but also inspires others to strive for excellence. On this positive note, St. Xavier's High School conducted a special assembly today 12th October,2023 to applaud and congratulate the pioneers of the Hindi Spellathon Competition of Grades III-V. The event was not only about recognizing achievements but also about inspiring and motivating the entire school community to strive for excellence. It is a cherished tradition that celebrates the accomplishments of students and fosters a sense of pride and unity within the institution.

Xaverians of Grades X and XII went on an Educational Trip to the one of the most famous natural habitats of the majestic predators in the country, Ranthambore. They went on an enriching expedition to Ranthambore from 8th  October to 9th October 2023. The trip was organised with the objective of apprising our young wildlife enthusiasts with the rich diversity in flora and fauna of Rajasthan. The significant landmarks of the city were covered during the excursion including Ranthambore Fort - the focal point of the historical development of Rajasthan and Ranthambore National Park - one of the largest wildlife sanctuaries in the country that are relevant for the conservation of our history and heritage.

After a long journey and lunch at the hotel, the students were taken to Ranthambore Fort, where they explored the timeline and lineage of the several Rajput dynasties. They also witnessed a panoramic view of the surrounding Ranthambore National Park from the fort. It was indeed a captivating sight to view. This was followed by an insightful session by a wildlife documentarian apprising them about the enthralling experiences of making the wildlife documentaries. The exciting day ended with everyone enjoying music and dance at the hotel.

The second day entailed a jungle safari to the Ranthambore National Park, where the students witnessed the mesmerising wildlife in the nature's lap. They were also familiarised with the significance of the wildlife conservation and tiger reserves. The students got a vivid narration about the various rare species of animals found in the park and few of them could spot the tigers as well. The trip was immensely enjoyed by one and all. The students took back countless pleasurable memories to cherish forever.

In the vibrant world of early childhood education, to give the hands-on experience Sensory exploration station for transport was created for Pre Nursery, Nursery and KG students. A classroom was transformed into a miniature transportation hub, as three distinct modes of transport toys were set up for our curious learners. This immersive activity aimed to not only ignite their imagination but also foster a deeper understanding of the various ways we move from one place to another.
