“A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.’’
The magnificent Investiture Ceremony on November 13, 2021 marked the grand inauguration of the Student Council of St. Xavier's High School, Sector-49. Our revered School Director, Director-Principal, Vice Principal, Headmistresses, and Parents honored the celebration with their presence.
The day began seeking Almighty's blessings, followed by a welcome song and a variety of activities. To be invested, the student office bearers processed towards the stage on the rhythm of the processional music. They were then administered the oath by the Director-Principal; to place the interest of others before their own, to preserve their integrity and safeguard the honor of the school, glory, and dignity before receiving their prized badges.
It was a proud moment for the parents and the teachers to see their children taking up this huge responsibility as they began their road to become leaders.
The Director-Principal in his address congratulated the parents and the teachers, commended the newly elected members and emphasized the importance of remaining humble ,be assertive and lead by example while in positions of authority. The School's Director also encouraged pupils to work harder with a common goal in mind for the improvement of the institution. The ceremony came to a close with the School Song and the National Anthem.
