Foundational (PN - II)

The First eight years play a key role in a child’s life as they begin to absorb the world around them and develop. These experiences that children have early in their lives affect their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Our vision has led us to adopt a pervasive and learner-centric teaching methodology that focuses on Explore, Engage, and Excel. Step one of learning starts with exploration of ideas, thoughts, shaping, and reshaping projects are all integral aspects of this stage. For a learning-based project, it is important that children immerse in the idea and concept to explore it from all angles.

Needless to say, the school spells flexibility and new ideas and thoughts are encouraged. What stands out in each Xaverian is the confidence to think independently and communicate effectively. We believe that the best of human potential can be tapped when people feel safe and are nurtured with care. We imbibe good values in our students by walking the talk and providing immense opportunities for them to grow and evolve.

With experiential learning, our students learn to create knowledge through the transformation of experienceto enhance their emotional skills while improving their attitude towards learning. We give our students opportunities to draw, paint, sketch, sing, play instruments, dance, and explore other forms of art, thereby honing their skills and strengths. Our art integrated approach helps to develop communication and social skills. It also promotes independence, curiosity, decision making, cooperation, persistence, creativity, and problem-solving- the fundamentals that help determine success in adult life.
