To foster the culture of reading among students, the school runs KIDS A-Z , where children not only read in class but also at home, and can enjoy reading on the go too!!!. A reading programme, where the teachers assign virtual books to their students on a weekly basis with the provision to read, listen and take a quiz for a better understanding of the book and to enhance their vocabulary and knowledge. Students get the opportunity to read numerous books from their virtual library without physically reaching out to a library from the confines of their home.
Kids A-Z provides over 2600 books at 29 levels of difficulty in a blended format (Printable, projectable and digital assignable). All these books are audio enabled so that non-readers are encouraged to read and comprehend them.
Kids A-Z is platform agnostic, compatible on any tablet device, mobile phone and any browser enabled device. Students can read aloud and submit the recording to the teachers, also they can annotate and make their notes along with a reflection and word journal.
World languages like French and Spanish at 29 differentiated levels can also be accessed.
Kids A-Z provides assessments to help place the learners in developmentally appropriate levels and monitor their progress towards reading success.
