IV C Celebrates Indian Air Force Day with Patriotic Performances and a Salute to Our Air Warriors

The IVC Assembly was conducted on 8 October 2026 to commemorate Indian Air Force Day, honouring the courage, dedication, and patriotism of the brave air warriors who safeguard the nation’s skies. The assembly began with an informative speech highlighting the significance of the day and the Indian Air Force’s vital role in protecting the country.

The students presented a group dance on ‘Kandhe Se Kandhe Milte Hain’, beautifully showcasing the spirit of teamwork, unity, and coordination. This was followed by a graceful Bharatanatyam performance on ‘Vande Mataram,’ which paid a heartfelt tribute to Mother India and reflected the students’ love and respect for the nation.

The assembly concluded with a salute to the brave air warriors and the spirited slogans, ‘Jai Hind! Jai Bharat!’ The programme instilled a sense of patriotism and gratitude among the students, reminding them of the courage, discipline, and selfless service of the Indian Air Force.

Class IV D presented a special assembly on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, commemorating the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. The assembly began with a warm introduction highlighting Gandhiji’s ideals of truth, non-violence, and peace. This was followed by the news headlines, the Thought of the Day, and the Word of the Day, encouraging students to stay informed and enhance their vocabulary.

The highlight of the assembly was a short skit depicting the historic Dandi March, showcasing Gandhiji’s courage, determination, and commitment to India’s freedom struggle. The assembly concluded on a melodious note with the soulful rendition of ‘Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram.’
