Morning assembly undeniably holds the numero uno position out of all the routine activities in a school. It offers a platform which boosts the confidence of the young minds towards public speaking and imbibes a feeling of team spirit.
Students of Grade VIII A presented a beautiful assembly on the theme – ‘ Love For Learning’. The assembly started with the pious Lord’s Prayer, followed by the News Reading , Word for the Day and Thought for the Day. 
The well-planned assembly showcased the story of Eklavya and his love for learning despite many hurdles. The skit was followed by an energetic dance performance ‘Following one’s Dreams’. The energy of the performance was contagious which left the audience in awe of them.
The Director-Principal, Mr. John Rafi, addressed the gathering and motivated the students with his encouraging words of wisdom. The assembly culminated with the rendition of the School Song and National Anthem.
It was indeed a pleasure to see students performing confidently and joyfully on the stage with a beautiful message for their fellow Xaverians.
