*Inter-Class Non-Fire Cooking Competition: A Culinary Symphony in the Middle Wing*

On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, the school conducted a Non-Fire Cooking Competition for the students of Grade VI-VIII. The air of excitement and creativity filled the classrooms as the students donned aprons and rolled up their sleeves for the much-awaited Inter-Class Non-Fire Cooking Competition. The unique event provided our budding chefs an opportunity to step into a world of flavour and innovation, challenging them to create culinary magic —without a single spark of flame.

Under the watchful guidance of mentors, the young gourmands gathered their finest ingredients, vibrant fruits, crisp vegetables and aromatic herbs. From delicate dips to delightful desserts, each dish was designed to impress and inspire. 

The theme of “Health Meets Taste” reigned supreme, encouraging students to create recipes that were both delicious and nutritious.

The tables were adorned with an exquisite array of dishes: refreshing salads in all shades of the rainbow, layered parfaits that caught the eye and tantalized the taste buds. The students transformed humble ingredients into culinary works of art, demonstrating creativity and care in each plate. Garnishes of fresh herbs completed these masterpieces, infusing the recipes with a touch of elegance.

Our esteemed judges, the culinary experts from the faculty—walked from table to table, tasting each creation and engaging in thoughtful conversations with the young chefs. They marvelled at the vibrant flavours, the skillful presentation and the students’ ability to turn simple, non-cooked ingredients into something truly delightful. 

Points were awarded for taste, creativity, presentation and the ingenuity of each dish.
