At St. Xavier’s High School, Sector 49, our little Xaverians from Nursery to UKG enjoyed a fun and interactive session on oral hygiene and sugar awareness conducted by experts from Symmetry Dental & Cosmetic Clinic–Dr. Amit Aneja, Dr. Sheena Mariya Aneja, and Dr. Riddhi Sidmukh.
The doctors shared with our children the importance of brushing twice daily, eating healthy food, and protecting teeth from cavities. They also explained why excess sugar is harmful and guided them to always check the sugar content in packaged foods. Instead of refined sugar, they encouraged the children to choose natural sweeteners like fruits and veggies for a healthy smile.
The session was full of joyful learning, and our children walked away with bright smiles and valuable lessons for life.
A heartfelt thank you to the doctors for making dental care so simple, exciting, and memorable for our young learners!
